When in-depth work is the most relevant, I provide multi-month coaching to meet both your expectations and those of the coachee.

Sometimes, sharing experiences and challenges is the best way to progress both collectively and individually. Minimal theory, but plenty of practice and insights.

Gender parity in senior roles is a pressing issue. As an organization, you can take action by equipping high-potential women with the tools to advance to new levels in their careers.
Since 2017, I have led over a hundred training sessions for major leading firms, locally and internationally, many of which continue to place their trust in me regularly.
